In the Laboratory for Artificial Neural Systems (LANS), Ghosh's
research group is investigating the theory and practice of adaptive
multi-learner systems, intelligent data analysis, data mining and
web mining. He served as the general chairman for the SPIE/SPSE Conference on Image
Processing Architectures, Santa Clara, Feb. 1990, as Conference
Co-Chair of Artificial Neural Networks in Engineering (ANNIE)'93
to '96, '99 and '00, and in the program committee of several conferences
on neural networks, pattern recognition, data mining and parallel
processing. Dr. Ghosh teaches graduate courses on artificial neural
networks, data mining, and intelligent computer architectures.
